The Elevated Touch Policies: > Client are allowed to bring one additional person to appointment if needed. >Be respectful and use headphones for phone usage. >All clients are provided a 10 min grace period after set appointment time, if you are not able to make it within timeframe please call to see my availability for a late fee charge of $20 or reschedule at a later date. >All deposits do go towards your final cost but remember the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. >All clients are granted one appointment time change with already paid deposit, after you will be required to pay another deposit for time scheduled. >Same Day Appointments have a $20 fee
